Absolutely and yes! What I mean is sometimes, discomfort is just inevitable and so we might as well embrace it :)

There is definitely a good pain even though some people scoff at the idea. As a yoga/pilates teacher, the good pain tells me that I’ve done things right and that my body and mind are changing.
