I absolutely agree with your point of view. People shouldn’t be judged based on their age. They should also stop saying that you can’t teach old dogs new tricks because as long as you still have breaths in your body, you can learn.

However, I have to disagree with the casual remarks people make regarding aging like young lady, for example. I like to see life through rose tinted glasses. I believe that when people call you young lady or call their grandma adorable, they only have best intention at heart. My grandma is very adorable actually. She always makes me smile and laugh with her antiques 😊

I do think that people should stop discriminating against older people though because as you said, older means wiser with more experiences and I love being wiser as I grow older 😊
