I love culinary exploration. As a Chinese Indonesian, I’ve grown to love intestines and similar food. Lucky for me I actually got a German fiancee who loves culinary exploration as much as I do (he’s even madder than me sometimes). I think being open minded is the way to go. Thank you for sharing this, Li. It’s definitely something that’s needed to be addressed.
