In the end, we adopt some of the behaviours of our family members who we had spent tons of time with. It will take time but with awareness and constant practice, you’ll eventually get rid of these undesirable habits from your family or friends whom you’ve spent lots of time with.

Having said that, we are usually our strongest enemy. We tend to be the one who whisper negative things to ourselves. We are also the one who tend to discourage or stop ourselves from doing something. It’s pretty human I think. We just have to learn how to whisper positive things in our own ears.
