My dear, my mother passed away suddenly last year. There are so many things I want to say to her. So many things I want to do with her. But do I have any regrets? No. Because even with all the words left unsaid, with all the actions left undone, I had an amazing relationship with my mother and I had done many things that other people can only wish they can do. And personally, I found that regrets really serve no purpose other than of course, as you said, to better yourself in the future. My personal approach to all the mistakes I’ve made: take responsibility, extract lesson, let it go. Don’t be too hard on yourself. You should love you first. Only then you can love others :)
