Reminds me of the day my mom died. My father broke down. I had never been so terrified in my life. To see someone who I’ve always held as superman suddenly broke down in front of you was very shocking. I think he wouldn’t have been able to control it even if he wanted to. The image haunted me to this day.

I think the anger is a manifestation of the suppressed emotion. It always makes me sad to see people lash out when they can’t express their emotions properly…
