The dad bod thing… So true… As a fitness trainer, I love all the work it takes to stay in shape. The endorphin I get from working out keeps me sane and I don’t really go on diet, just eat a bit better and healthier. I do snack quite a lot. The body is just a by-product. It shouldn’t be the main goal. Health and well-being should come first. As for mom bod, I don’t know about that cause I haven’t gotten kids yet, but I’ll say this: where is the movement?
