To be honest, what I set out to achieve when I wrote this was to give voice to these children. I can’t even describe how I felt when I was watching the documentary and listening to the statistics. Even labelling these… cases as documentary and statistics felt so… wrong. At some point, I had to stop watching it because I just couldn’t handle it. The enormity of it. There are so… many and I felt so scared that any of them would be forgotten but there are just so much people can handle…

I really really hope these kids are not forgotten. I’m thinking a lot these days. How can I help. This world is so massive. These children could be anywhere. I’m not a religious person but I’m praying. I’m praying to whatever divine power out or up there to please please return these children to their family and friends.

Thank you so much for publishing and sharing this. And thank you so much for your help in fixing it and the thoughtful response and feedback. It really really means a lot.
