Wow. So true! After my mom passed, my family moved house and I was tasked with cleaning out her bit of the bedroom. My mother has bags and bags of pictures from the time when my grandmother was still in her youth up to my childhood. It was like finding treasure! I am going to share some of them here with all of you soon, just realize from your story how much stories get lost and get buried if we’re not careful. Memories should be preserved.

Not long after my mom passed, there were occasional thoughts, fear, that I will forget what she looked like, really looked like, not from pictures, how she felt like. In times like this, I know I have something to jog my memory.
